For investors

Built around
the independent grocer.

UniSight is an analytics company building one operating system for food retailers. Our strategy is to earn adoption by replacing disconnected daily workflows with useful software and accountable service.

A focused market thesis

Independent food retailers manage checkout, inventory, suppliers, staffing, and finances with limited time and resources. We see an opportunity to connect those workflows and reduce repeated administrative work.

Market size, participating customer coverage, and operating traction are different measures. This page does not equate the addressable market with UniSight deployments.

Useful daily operations can support durable relationships

The strategy starts with a system used for actual store work. Continued adoption should depend on reliability, customer service, clear package scope, and demonstrated value.

A shared operating foundation can support additional services where customers need them. Each service needs its own capability, pricing, integration, and responsibility assessment.

Expand through customer value

Our vision is to connect more of the retailer's workflow over time. It is a strategy thesis, not a claim that every proposed AI tool, financial service, or partner integration is currently deployed.

Evaluate expansion through customer adoption, retention, cost to serve, and measured operating results. Customer dependence or difficulty switching is not a substitute for value.

Review the economic model with evidence

The public pricing page describes Core software assumptions and separately quoted services. Payment-processing terms require their own quote.

For an investment discussion, establish recurring revenue definitions, customer cohorts, service and processing economics, acquisition costs, and any contractual revenue-sharing arrangements using approved materials. This page does not publish unverified revenue, return, or take-rate figures.

Founder experience and product focus

UniSight's founder and company history describes the connection to Red Top Market. That operating background informs the focus on transaction, receiving, pricing, and staff workflows.

Assess customer outcomes through an attributable case study with dates, a baseline, a calculation, and relevant operating changes.

What to examine during diligence

  • Current deployments and customer references.
  • Revenue quality, retention, and cost to serve.
  • Product availability, integration boundaries, and roadmap assumptions.
  • Customer ownership and access terms for operational records.
  • Results net of deployment and ongoing costs.

These are diligence questions, not published performance claims.

A clear direction

Help independent retailers make daily operations accountable through connected software and useful service.
