Our philosophy

Accountable
is Profitable.

Know what happened. Know who owns the next step. Run daily operations in UniSight, review the records and measure the financial effect of your decisions.

A record, an owner, and a resolution

Accountability means being able to follow what was ordered, received, sold, adjusted, approved, and paid. It supports investigation and learning; it does not guarantee a particular profit increase.

Follow the operating lifecycle

Start with purchasing and receiving, then compare costs, pricing, inventory movements, checkout exceptions, staff time, and financial records. Keep a traceable correction rather than counting a detected issue as a realized saving.

Review the work that matters

Checkout

Review tenders, refunds, voids, discounts, and price overrides in context.

Inventory

Use item lookup, receiving, counts, and adjustments. Current inventory-level and out-of-stock alerts are not included.

Staff time

Compare schedules and recorded hours, with manager approval for off-schedule work.

Financial records

Review balances, ledger entries, and manual adjustments. Automatic bank-statement reconciliation is not currently included.

Measure benefits without overlap

Invoice overpayments, shrink expense, sales contribution, and inventory capital are distinct measures. Do not add all of them as recovered net profit.

The five-area analysis provides illustrative arithmetic and a financial bridge. Store results need a baseline, a period, actual costs, and consideration of other operating changes.

Informed by operating experience

UniSight's founders developed the platform around daily work at Red Top Market. Read the company history for the people and background behind that work.

Our focus is clearer operational records and practical review. This page does not claim an unsupported profit multiplier or a guaranteed recovery amount.

Confirm the scope before purchase

Review the current FAQ and Core package. Core limits, payment-processing charges, managed services, and upcoming applications require clear discussion.

Dashboards are per branch, with branch switching; consolidated multi-store comparisons are not currently included. Demonstrate any additional reporting or integration requirement before relying on it.
